Beloved South African media personality Hulisani Ravele has excitedly announced her enrollment as a Master’s student at the prestigious Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS).
Ravele, a familiar face in the broadcasting industry, will be pursuing an MPhil specialising in Change Leadership, marking a significant new chapter in her already impressive career.
Born and raised in Limpopo, Hulisani Ravele first captured the hearts of South Africans as a child star on the popular SABC 1 youth show, YOTV.
Her career has since blossomed, seeing her become a multifaceted talent, including a radio host, television presenter, voice-over artist, and entrepreneur.
Known for her vibrant personality and engaging presence, Ravele has maintained a strong connection with her audience throughout her journey.
Her thesis will focus on addressing the paradox of an industry that generates vast revenues yet often leaves its creatives struggling financially.
“My biggest drive for this Masters – and what my thesis focus is going to be about – is deeply centred on the purposeful, powerful and impactful change I want to drive in my industry,” Ravele shared, expressing her determination to tackle critical issues facing the sector.
