Rapper Busta Rhymes from the United States has revealed that he is applying for South African citizenship.
For the first time in ten years, Busta Rhymes is back in South Africa, and he couldn’t be happier. He has been spotted having a blast at a number of locations in Johannesburg.
On September 21, Busta performed in South Africa as part of an international headlining event that included Jason Derulo at the DSTV Delicious Festival.
He can be heard stating this in a video that went viral on X, formerly known as Twitter: “Joburg thank you so much for having me back, don’t take took long for having me back. Blame all these people that took so long to bring me back here. But we back, and we have established our family, and the loving relationship of one of Africa’s good sons.”
