Grammy Award winner Tyla has been nominated for yet another award.
The 22-year-old has been nominated for three 2024 Video Music Awards (VMA). She not only is the youngest Grammy winner in the country, but also a 2-time BET Award winner, and a 3-time VMA candidate in the categories of Best New Artist, Best R&B — Water, Tyla, and Best Afrobeats — Water, Tyla in just one year.

Tyla joins Burna Boy, Tems, Davido, and Ayra Starr who are among the African artists who have been nominated for the awards.
The awards ceremony will take place at the UBS Arena in New York City on September 10.
