“I am running for president” – Mmusi Maimane shares his plans for the 2024 elections.
Mmusi Aloysias Maimane has declared his intention to compete in the 2024 South African presidential election.
This year’s election is set to be highly contested and the political parties have begun organizing.
On the 25th of September 2022 Maimane launched a new political party, Build One South Africa, paving the way for his presidential campaign.
The politician and businessman from South Africa expressed his interest on Twitter and went on to outline his plans for the future should he be elected president.
“I am running for president of South Africa. We can’t have thugs running this nation. We can’t have racists running this nation and we can’t have angry dictators running this country. We need visionary and ethical leadership driven by a deep love for all South Africans,”
