“Hey Everyone, so I have absolutely no idea what I’m getting myself into 😅, but I know it will be worth it – I am cycling from *LONDON TO AMSTERDAM* – 4 days, 550km in support of this life-changing organisation – www.bridgesformusic.org – and riding for education! To be honest I’m pretty terrified but it’s always a pleasure to go the extra mile (or in this case a little further) for people who make a significant impact to youth and education. 📖
With limited time to get ready, I naturally had to go to the best in the business @cyclelab_za to get me on a bike and expertly fitted by Dr @craig_uria to give me the best chance at making it through the ride. 🚲Over the past years the funds raised through the annual ADE Cycle have helped to create the @bridgesformusic , a pioneering creative school in the township of Langa (Cape Town, South Africa), and to sponsor the education of many young underserved creatives.
*Our collective fundraising goal this year is +GBP 50,000 or ±R1.2M*
Our efforts will help build a home for over “80 kids! Your donation will fund the construction of a new building for the youngest kids at the Bridges Academy in Langa.
