The man accused of masterminding the murder of Tshegofatso Pule made his second bail application today, which was further postponed to allow the state time to answer on facts presented.
Ntuthuko Shoba and his legal team cited new evidence as the reason for the new bid.
They say Shoba uncovered through his cellmate that Pule had multiple relationships.
According to their information, one of those relationships was with Muzikayise Malephane, the man convicted of Pule’s murder.
