In a recent episode of The Best T in the City with Tbose, Anonymous opens up about his happy relationship with a remarkable woman who has been providing for him. Although she proposed a well-paying job opportunity within her business, he is hesitant due to the overwhelming support he has already received from her.
“I am in a relationship with a lovely lady. She is everything I could have ever asked for. She runs her own business, has a house and a car. We’ve been dating for five months now, and everything has been going very well.
“I am currently unemployed; therefore, none of her friends really know about me. She told me that her not telling anyone about me is not because she is ashamed of me but because she is protecting me. She has never once complained or made me feel small. She gives me monthly allowances and has given me one of her cars to use.
“A few weeks ago, she suggested that I work for her in a very good role, but I am not comfortable with that because she has done so much for me. I know she means well, but I always wonder if there’s a blind spot that I’m missing.”

Tbose, the show’s host, praises the woman’s intelligence in suggesting the idea, propounding that Anonymous may be affected by his ego and should consider embracing the opportunity.
A listener voices the opinion that Anonymous may be making excuses. “He is comfortable getting an allowance, but not as much as he is working for it. I would rather get money that I worked for than an allowance. This guy needs to be honest with himself about what he really wants,” she said.
