
Mpumalanga High Court withdraws case against suspects of Hilary Gardee murder.
The murder case against four individuals charged with killing Hillary Gardee has been temporarily withdrawn by the Mpumalanga Division of the High Court in Mbombela.
After the State Prosecutor informed the court that a witness could not be located, the case was provisionally withdrawn.
She was the he daughter of the former EFF secretary general turned lawyer, Godrich Gardee, and was murdered, after her body was found with visible head wounds in a bush, 45kms away from Mbombela (Nelspruit).
Philemon Lukhele, Sipho Mkhatshwa, Mduduzi Gama, and Rassie Nkuna were accused and detained for their claimed roles in Gardee’s murder.

The judge ordered that one of the accused, Lukhele, be out on bail while the other three accused to remain in police custody.
