Mark Pilgrim has shared his progress with his health and has stated that he is grateful for being out of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
As he departs the ICU, Mark Pilgrim has disclosed that he is one step closer to returning home.
The celebrity has been receiving treatment there for a month after being diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer.
In February, he received his second cancer diagnosis. Since then, the seasoned radio host has begun posting vlogs on YouTube to chronicle his battle with cancer.

Mark posted a photo of himself on his Instagram account a month after receiving treatment at an intensive care unit in a Johannesburg hospital, clearly eager to be returning home soon.
“After 30 days in an ICU bed, I’m skinnier than a toothpick, but I’m out of ICU! Enjoying the calm environment of the general ward, having my own quiet space and my own loo. One step closer to being home.” wrote Pilgrim.
