President Cyril Ramaphosa has landed in Britain ahead of the first state visit hosted by King Charles III as monarch.
A British military guard of honour received Ramaphosa when he landed at London Stansted airport in a South African Air Force plane.
The Presidency has indicated that Trade, King Charles III’s vision for the Commonwealth, and climate change are anticipated to be on the agenda.
The visit commences on Tuesday and will end on Wednesday, 23 November.

Ramaphosa last visited London in September for the official funeral of the monarch at Westminster Abbey.
Ramaphosa is accompanied on the visit by Minister of International Relations, Dr Naledi Pandor; Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, Dr Blade Nzimande; Minister of Trade, Industry and Competition Ebrahim Patel and Minister of Health, Dr Joe Phaahla.

His state visit follows the last one by a South African leader, Jacob Zuma, who visited the UK in 2010.
