Mpoomy Ledwaba‘s YouTube channel has become one of the go-to places for health and wellness as it offers a variety of uplifting content.
This morning, the mother of two shared how she gets the most out of her mornings.
She says that it’s in the mornings that she “genuinely gets to feel and fully experience every moment, emotion, and feeling.”.
The rest of her day usually gets hectic.
Mpoomy shares a few things that help her get the most out of mornings:
- An early morning call from my friend who never fails to check up on me, makes me laugh, and genuinely lifts small or big burdens off my shoulders.
- Buying my favourite oat milk cappuccino from Woolies after the gym and catching up with the ladies.
- Listening to Sugarcane, look I don’t recommend it to anyone under 18 but man that song will get me dancing and moving.
- Bonus… I was craving my fav scrambled egg with bacon and spinach, and I got fresh spinach from the garden.
