Buhle Lupindo, a South African YouTuber and content creator, opened up on social media about her difficulties with mental health.
Lupndo disclosed that she had a stroke when she was only 23 years old.
She started sharing videos on Youtube in 2014 and currently has 48 900 subscribers and 2,826,228 views.
She claimed that her high levels of stress and worry were to blame for the disease, but she was grateful for the support of her best friend.

She revealed on Twitter that she had a stroke when she was 23 years old.
She wrote “I literally had a stroke at 23 because of stress and my anxiety if it wasn’t for my best friend Andazi where I would be.”
