Royal Am Chairman and musician Andile Mpisane finally makes his top-flight debut as a footballer.
Andile Mpisane came on in the field as a sub on Sunday in Royal Am’s win against Kaizer Chiefs in the Macufe cup.
As soon as he came onto the field, Andile took the captain’s armband.
As much as Andile received support from his family, soccer fans were left unimpressed by this – the captaincy should be earned and players should play on merit.
It was also clear for everyone to see that Andile was not match fit.
Check out some of the reactions on Twitter.
