On Sunday, 28 August, Eldorado Park gathered to remember Nathaniel Julies.
In his honour, a wall of remembering was built and unveiled at a ceremony attended by Bridget Harris, the mother of Nathaniel Julies, who recalled fond memories of her son’s life.
She said she has always known that he is a unique child.
In August 2020, 16-year-old Nathaniel Julies, who had Down syndrome, was allegedly shot by police during a local protest within meters of his home.
