They became the most recent act to leave Ambitiouz Entertainment, and they claim it was a smooth departure with no issues with the label’s owner.
“It was time, we have grown now. It was between sticking the label or choosing growth more than anything, you know because we wanted to go and tap into the African market, so they felt like if we tap into the African market we’re gonna lose our people here local.” Blaq Diamond said.
The label has been in the headlines following some of its most loved artists’ exit from the label.
Emtee, A-Reece, Priddy Ugly, Sjava, and most recently Ntaba Yase Dubai are just a few of the musicians who have left the label in recent years.
