A manhunt is underway to find Hillary Gardee’s killer/s. This after the 28-year old’s body was found in a bush 45km outside of Nelspruit on Tuesday morning.
Hillary Gardee had gone missing on Friday, 29 April while shopping for groceries.
She was found with injuries to her head in the same clothes she was last seen in.
According to reports, her body was discovered by Mbombela timber workers, along the R532 connecting Mbombela and Sabie.
EFF Commander-In-Chief, Julius Malema sent a strong message to the person/people responsible for Gardee’s death.
Seeking justice for the UNISA student, Malema said, “we will find them.”

Gardee’s death is one that is very close to the party as she was the daughter of former EFF Secretary-General, Godrich Gardee.
On Wednesday, 4 May, Police Minister, Bheki Cele visited the crime scene and met with Gardee’s family.
While a motive for her brutal killing is unknown at this stage, the police minister assured the family that the killer will be found within 72-hours.
