On Thursday, one of the medical students took to Instagram sharing what the past 48-hours in the Ukraine was like.
“From being woken up at 5am to the sound of explosives and missiles to having to abandon our home and take cover in the underground metro as we are told this is the safest place to be. We have exhausted all the possibilities for us to evacuate at our own capacity.”
The student known as Vuvu_M2 on Twitter said she was beyond terrified and desperate to get out.
