Valentine’s Day isn’t only about showing love to your significant other but also about showing love to yourself.
When you get some free time this month of love, go to a quiet place with a pen and paper or even your phone and list the things that you love about yourself.
What this exercise will do is help you appreciate how far you’ve come and celebrate all the wins in your life, even the ‘small’ ones. You’ll see the greatness that is within you and stop comparing your journey to that of others. You should read this letter as many times as you can as it’ll serve as an affirmation to you.
Skhumba says that his love letter will include prioritizing himself over everything else.
As part of his self-care routine, Thomas takes unplanned rides on his bike to places he’s never been to before. He also treats himself to a manicure time and again.
The Morning show team ask Kaya 959 to share what would they say in a short love letter to themselves.
Dear self.

When you love you love hard, so love yourself hard. You are one in a million. Appreciate yourself more. Keep telling yourself how much you love yourself every morning. Keep enjoying your own company.
