Khanyi Mbau is seething after learning about a rumour claiming that her teenage daughter, Khanukani, is pregnant.
The whispers started online after the star’s brother, Lasizwe Dambuza, shared a video of their family trying to take a picture.
“This is how difficult it is to take a family photo…” Lasizwe captioned the video, which was shared earlier this month.

Social media users commented that Khanukani looked like she was trying to hide her tummy with her jacket.
Some went as far as claiming that the 15-year-old was pregnant.
“She looks pregnant. I am not saying she is…” one Twitter user commented.

Khanyi Mbau claps back
Khanyi has decided to set the record straight on the matter. She took to Instagram to rubbish the pregnancy rumours.
“I am not one to entertain gossip especially from any gossip blog,” she wrote in a since-deleted Instagram post.
Khanyi says her daughter is “being victimised and abused” all because of an “innocent family video”. She says she will not allow people to abuse her daughter online.
“Our children are in danger, the energies we adults put out are vile and disgusting. We show no faith in them and dont respect children. No wonder kids are committing suicide. This is a form of cyberbullying and you are all bullying a child!!! My child! And this needs to stop,” she wrote.
‘The Wife‘ star also found it disturbing that people were commenting on a teen’s body.
“None of u had perfect bodies at 15 she is going through puberty and is a developing young girl.”
