Adults sometimes get caught up in the everyday hustle and bustle and forget to live a little.
“You have forgotten the sense of fun; why?” Asked Tbose on the Best T in the city.
Barriers that could be stopping you from having fun
- Time – You don’t have time on your hands – there’s too much on your plate.
- Money -You don’t have enough money and activities are expensive.
- Ideas – You are out of ideas of fun things to do,
- Friends – You have the time and the money but no friends.
- Guilt – Growing up, you never had much, and now that you can afford to spoil yourself, you feel guilty.

Reactions from Kaya listeners
“Nna, I’m no longer having fun, and it’s not because I want to or maybe I’m lazy, Uncle T. It’s just marriage life. Every time I’d plan with my friends, and I have to go, someone becomes grumpy. He’ll call a family meeting and say that you prioritise fun over marriage,” shared a caller.

#iDontKnowFunAnymore
My sense of “FUN” has changed…
I used to party from dust till dawn, back then that was fun.
Now I do adventure activities such as Canopy tours, hiking, bungee ect.
Little short left vacations with my kids…. FUN is not just about parties & 🍺🍹🍸🍷🍾 pic.twitter.com/jZmLx7EZQK— I_LUV G (@amggg06) November 11, 2021
#iDontKnowFunAnymore @tboseZA i don’t know when was the last time i had fun, Covid and nursing my mom made me stay in doors. Now am in the mourning period after she passed on. Am not sure if things will ever be the same nje
