Vodacom has announced that customers can take advantage of their convenient VodaLend Voucher Advance offering to buy food and appliances on credit.
For now, it’s just Nandos and Hirsch’s that are affiliated with the service and the innovation is something that Vodacom is proud of.
So how does this all work?
It’s simple enough to use if you’re a Vodacom customer. Head to the My Vodacom App, you’ll select the ‘Vouchers’ option under your ‘My Account’ tab.
You can then select a Nandos voucher starting from R25.
According to Vodacom, there is zero interest on the advance and customers have a month to back the amount owed.

In order to qualify for the Voucher Advance service, customers need to be active on the Vodacom network for a minimum of six months and must have a track record of purchasing airtime or data bundles from the app.
Vouchers range from R25 to R75 for Nandos and between R250 and R1000 for Hirsch’s.
Clients who do not settle the advance within 30 days are charged a service fee of either R5 or R10, depending on the value of the voucher owed.
