Adulting star, Londeka Sishi has opened up about a time in her life when she hated being alive, revealing how badly she wanted to end it all.
Londeka, who is now one of the most talked about actresses in the country after landing the Showmax Original role in the much-talked about series, shared in an interview on Engineer Your Life, that she felt unworthy.
The actress said after the third episode of Adulting aired and her social media numbers started shooting up, she realized that her life was about to change.
This coming from the actress who had previously contemplated killing herself because she felt her life had no meaning.
Londeka shared that the outpouring of love and support for her in the hit show has been so overwhelming because it’s not something she’s used to.
“When you’ve convinced yourself, and life has convinced you that you’re not deserving of good things, you’re not deserving of love, when good things happen and you’re not used to it, you become so afraid.
So, it’s forced me to dig deep into a lot of trauma, and affirming myself.”

Londeka shared that she spent many nights crying to God, pouring her heart out, feeling like she was at an all time low.
The mom of one says there are still times she struggles to connect with God, althought she came from a staunch Christian household.
After losing her great-grandmother and her dad, Londeka was really confused about her place in life.
“The only person who’s ever shown me this kind of love and acceptance is gone, does this mean that this is it for me? I really struggled to connect with my mom and I never knew love like that until my daughter.”
