There is nothing as comforting as hearing someone who did you wrong or hurt you say the word, ‘I am sorry.’
It’s even harder to expect those words from people you most want to hear them from.
The truth is many people walk around in this world never hearing those healing words, and have to carry the burden of words never said.

This was evident from the response Mohale Motaung received following his simple but important question asking: “Do your parents, guardians, or the elder generation find it easy or hard to say. “I’m sorry”?…”

At some stage in our lives we’ve all experiences incidents where no apology was made or acknowledgement of some form of wrongdoing.
In reality, apologizing can make some people feel vulnerable, or feel like they are in danger of losing their power and status.
Motaung who’s recently made headlines for his fallout with his strange husband Somizi Mhlongo, as a frank and straightforward question that received a response from many on Twitter.
Many on Twitter shared their experience with the older generation.
