Themba Baloyi, founder and executive director of Discovery Insure recently hosted an inspirational #InfluentialFridays show talking about the influence of women in any leadership roles and the impact they have on society.
Baloyi explored the concept of Attuned Leadership, which emphasises human relationships, identifying with the followership, winning trust and producing results in line with the follower needs with Nozizwe Cynthia Jele , a South African novelist, author of “Happiness is a Four Letter Word among other titles. He also spoke to Vodacom’s Chief Human Resource Officer Matimba Mbhungela.
