We have all noticed those little things we constantly do that might not necessarily be good for us.
Those little habits that we picked up a long time ago, and keep getting told that they are not good for us.
What many of us don’t realise is that habits are the small decisions we make and actions we perform every day without fail.

There are those habits we love to hate, that are just part of who we are. Those we are just not prepared to let go of.

Sleeping with the lights on
One listener shared how when she grew up she really took folklore tales about cannibals and bogeymen seriously.
She said till this day she continues to be uncomfortable going to sleep without switching on the lights or a candle.
Shouting
A common bad habit is having a short temper, one listener spoke about how her shouting tendencies is her bad habit.
She even expressed how she feels it might discourage bachelors from approaching her.
Being Self-Centered
There’s always a need to love yourself, but equally having a balance with being aware of the need of those around you. One listener expressed how he struggles with being extremely concerned with himself and his own needs.
In 2022, always remember that whatever you repeatedly do ultimately forms the person you become.
Also remember that the things you believe, and the personality that you portray are all a result of habits you choose to keep.
