Kaizer Chiefs’ new head coach, Molefi Ntseki, has hit the ground running as he begins the big task of returning the club to its former glory days.
Days after his appointment, the club announced the signing of six new players:
Thatayaone Ditlhokwe, a Botswana international, was with his national team during the recent FIFA international break and has signed a contract that will see him at Amakhosi until June 2027.
Another defender who will don the famous Gold and Black is Spiwe Given Msimango from TS Galaxy. The 26-year-old plays as a center-back and a defensive midfielder. He recently earned his first Bafana Bafana call-up.
Amakhosi youth product, Mduduzi Mdantsane joins from Cape Town City.
Chiefs have also signed Venezuelan international Edson Daniel Castillo Garcia, for two years, with an option for a further year. The South American joined from Monagas SC in the Venezuelan Primera Division.
Amakhosi have also acquired the services of Pule Mmodi from the Lamontville Golden Arrows for the next 3 years. The attacker from Masilo, Theunissen in the Free State, can be deployed as a right or left winger.
Ranga Piniel Chivaviro, who was scoring for fun for Marumo Gallants last season, has agreed on a two-year deal with a one-year option with the Glamour Boys.
