There are people, who once they start talking there is no stopping them. These people will jump from one thing to another and all you can think of is – how can I nicely end this conversation without coming across as rude or bored.
“So how do you politely end long conversations? What’s your go-to excuse?” Asks Thomas and Skhumba on The Morning show.
Lebza shares: “If the conversation is on a phone call rather say, let me take this other call, I will call you back. Remember – I will call you back – does not mean now, it could be in two weeks’ time depending on the topic.”
Responses from people on social media:
My Mother would say "Ke nwele dipilisi tsa high high" then pretend to fall asleep. The neighbor would have to go. Happy Friday guys.@KayaOnAir #ThomasAndSkhumba#KayaFridays
