Working in a team can have many pros if it works out and a lot of cons if it doesn’t.
In case you missed it, SA will be stripped of its World Relays gold medal after one member of the 4x100m team was handed a two-year and six months ban for doping.
Thando Dlodlo, who started the relay, tested positive for testosterone at the SA championships in Pretoria a few weeks before. It is believed his B-sample was also positive.
This means his teammates, Akani Simbine, Gift Leotlela, and Clarence Munyai will have to return their medals.
One guy let the team down in this instance. You could be this guy because whether we like it or not, work forces us to work in team.
To be a great team player, it’s crucial to have an unbiased awareness of what you’re good at and what you struggle with.
“What would you say is your biggest strength/greatest quality when working in a group? And, what do you struggle with the most in a group setting?” Asked Thomas And Skhumba in today’s morning show.
What people are saying on social media:
#ThomasAndSkhumba Good morning family. I dont know what it is but I seem to get along and liked by all my colleagues. I guess its my humility and knowing how to connect with people at their individual level. And makusetshenzwa kuyasetshenzwa ( I dont micro manage people)
