Most people think of sex as just the act and that everything else is a sideshow to the main event. However, this limited view reduces your options and creates unnecessary pressure, leading to us making mistakes in our sex lives.
Maybe you started having sex too young and didn’t allow yourself to really learn what it is all about.
Tbose adds. “There’s one mistake that men often make and that is they are driven to please. Even when it is not serving them they still push on just to protect their ego. This in itself has made them enjoy sex less as it is more of a task.”
He also asks Kaya 959’s listeners to share the one mistake they’ve made in their sex life.
A listener shares why she wishes she had waited: “I wish I had waited. I started when I was fourteen and I regret everything about it. At the age of 29, I did a body count and I was shocked and couldn’t believe it. I’m 35 now and I have been with my partner since. He is my husband today. I’m going to talk to my kids, waiting will do you good.”
Another listener shares: “No one taught us these things, we had to figure out along the way whether you are wrong on right. I don’t even know how to tell you the mistake that I have made. The mistake most of us make is thinking it’s just about performance.”

#MyOneSexMistake was thinking sex defines you. I learnt at my old age that even as a man u giving away a piece of yourself. Back in the day we used to think as a man you gain by having sex.
