During the pandemic, we found ourselves experiencing emotions of worry, stress, depression, and even sadness. With everything that was happening, we still had to push forward with our daily lives, both personal and professional.
During those tough times, there was a new philosophy we all adopted without us knowing; “fake it ‘til you feel it.”
It was a coping mechanism but little did we know we were developing a new mindset.
We had to learn new ways and methods to get ourselves back to feeling some sort of joy and happiness.
“When you are feeling down, how do you make yourself happy?” Asks Tbose on The Best t in the City.
Some say the best method is to #FakeItTilYouFeelIt. “Do you agree?”
