A shocking video of a pit bull tearing a Tesla apart like a chew toy has gone viral on social media, with the traumatized driver calling for the dog to be put down.
The Tesla owner recorded the incident while sitting inside her car at a car park when the dog came up to her car and started ripping parts of it off in a frenzied attack.
With over 16.9 million views, Olivia Symone’s video has once again brought up the discussion about the dangers associated with the dog breed.
In the video, the woman shows the dog taking chunks of her car apart, from the bumper and door panels to the window lining, as the pit bull tries to stick its head inside the car.

The dog also bit into three of the Tesla’s tyres as if it were a chew toy.
When asked why she just sat there and recorded the dog attacking her car instead of driving off, the Prince George County, Maryland, USA woman said the dog followed her when she tried driving off.
In a follow up video, Olivia can be heard hysterically shouting, “the dog is attacking me, it’s f**king following me.”
The dog’s barks and growls can also be heard in the video as it chases Olivia’s vehicle down.
Olivia said the incident happened over the weekend and shared that the dog also bit her and began chasing her when she was trying to get her own dog in her car.
The dog’s owner has reportedly agreed to cover Olivia’s medical expenses but there is no confirmation if the damage to her car will also be settled by the dog’s owner.
