Mkhize brothers speak about controlling traffic during load-shedding.
The ongoing load shedding across the province has resulted in a new phenomenon at many intersections where untrained pointsmen such as street vendors and car guards have taken it upon themselves to help motorists.
Kaya News took to the streets to speak to the Mkhize brothers who also assisted in the absence of officials at faulty traffic lights at the corner of Jan Smuts Avenue and 7th Street.
The trio have taken it upon themselves to direct traffic during load-shedding even though they know it is wrong.
