The entertainment industry is mourning the tragic loss of Warrick Stock, affectionately known as DJ Warras.
The South African radio and TV personality was shot and killed on December 16, 2025, in the Johannesburg CBD.
Details surrounding his death remain unclear at this stage, as the crime scene has been handed over to Gauteng police, who are yet to issue an official statement.
However, the Johannesburg Metro Police officers confirmed that a man was shot just outside the Carlton Centre on Tuesday.
At the same time, his family has now confirmed that it is indeed DJ Warras who was shot and killed in the Johannesburg CBD.
The family is still at the crime scene as his body is about to be removed.
