Former Joburg Mayor Mpho Phalatse has 48 hours to retract his accusations that the ANC is dishonest.
It states that legal action will be considered if she misses the deadline.

Her remarks, according to ANC spokesperson Chris Vondo in Johannesburg who spoke to ENCA, are damaging to the party’s reputation.
“We have noted Dr Phalatse’s application and her public rants. We are not going to dignify those because she must know better, that the council that was conducted was lawful,”
“It must be put on record that we are calling on her to retract and apologise for calling the ANC corrupt.”
“We want her to retract that statement and publicly apologise to the ANC within 48hrs.”
“Clearly, she cannot even prove what she is talking about, she’s been a motor for 10 months, and she’s been talking about corruption, and there’s nothing in her record or report that suggest that there is indeed corruption,”Vondo said.
