Following a request from the State Capture Commission Chair, Chief Justice Raymond Zondo, the Pretoria High Court has approved the state capture report’s amendments.
Zondo requested the corrections in August, claiming that they would be in the best interests of the general public and that no one would be prejudiced by them.

The two volumes of the report must be delivered to President Cyril Ramaphosa in their altered forms by no later than October 10, according to the order from Gauteng deputy judge president Aubrey Ledwaba.
Volume 2 of Part VI is intended to remedy typos, while Volume 3 of Part VI is intended to accommodate new figures after the incorrect ones were inadvertently included in the report.
