The Sizwe Kupelo Foundation has demanded the immediate ban of pit bulls in response to a recent wave of brutal attacks on innocent bystanders, particularly youngsters.
The most recent incident occurred when two Pitbulls attacked 10-year-old Storm Nuku to death in Gelvandale, Gqeberha in Nelson Mandela Bay.
The Pitbull Federation of South Africa declared that it holds owners and some breeders accountable for mauling incidents after the incident.
