The family of singer-songwriter Yolanda “Yallunder” Nyembezi has announced the details of her memorial service.
The service, which will honour her life and legacy, will take place on 19 March 2025 at 7PM at the Cosmo Multipurpose, North of Johannesburg.
Nyembezi passed away on Thursday at Charlotte Maxeke Academic Hospital after a months-long battle with an undisclosed illness.
Known for her powerful vocals and versatile talent, she had carved out a unique space in the music industry, collaborating with some of its biggest names.
In a statement released on Friday, her family expressed their profound grief and requested privacy and prayers during this difficult time.
