Economic Freedom Fighter (EFF) Commander-In-Chief (CIC), Julius Malema says Johannesburg has turned into a mafia state at DJ Sumbody’s funeral.
The EFF leader is calling for government to intervene, saying people kill each other and have no respect for human life.
Malema called the artist’s killer a coward for gunning him down on 20 November in his car.
Oupa Sefako better known as DJ Sumbody was close friends of the politician, who is praying the ‘coward’ who took his life is arrested.
Malema said that the life of a black man is not respected in Pretoria, saying people are being shot and killed more often that it’s becoming so common.
“Oupa, we failed you. Like many others, you are a victim of a mafia state, failed state. Robala mfanaka mara I’m not ok.”
The CIC called out the amapiano star’s killer for the callous way the attack on the muso was carried out.
Malema shared that DJ Sumbody was killed in a storm of gunfire and had more than 45 bullets in his body.
“You’re a coward which is why you killed Oupa at night when everyone was sleeping. You will gain nothing from his death because he will always be an inspiration to the youth and people will still download his music and frequent Ayepyep.”
