On April 29, Hillary disappeared from the Nelspruit Plaza.
The body of the 28-year-old was discovered on May 3 in a timber plantation about 40 kilometres outside of Mbombela.
Three people have since been arrested.
Albert Mduduzi Gama, Sipho Lawrence Mkhatshwa, Philemon Lukhele, and Sipho Lukhele are accused of kidnapping, murder, rape, and illegal firearm ownership.
Additionally, Gardee stated that it was not a coincidence that Hillary was murdered just after they disrupted the immigration officials for the Eswatini Government on April 12 when they protested.
The refusal by @SAPoliceService to handover the docket to The Hawks & the investigation to be led by Hawks is exactly to ensure that we end with a cold case & truth of @EswatiniGovern1 involvement is not unearthed. pic.twitter.com/9zyAU7b1d5

Foreign Intelligence Sevices undermine South Africa with impunity. They travel all the way to assasinate dissidents. It is a common practice world wide to assaisante opponents in foreign lands. #KingMswatiKilledHillaryhttps://t.co/E2peXhSyCC
