Former President Jacob Gedliyihlekisa Zuma is receiving medical attention in Russia
The Jacob Zuma Foundation has clarified that the trip was private but not hidden, and expressed well wishes for his health and said they are eagerly awaiting his safe return home following medical clearance.
The Jacob Zuma Foundation’s spokesperson, Mzwanele Manyi, confirmed on Friday that Zuma was receiving medical care in Russia.
Zuma reportedly departed for Moscow early this week from South Africa.

Zuma and his team traveled on a commercial flight alongside regular passengers.
