Former U.S President and business tycoon Donald Trump formally announced on Tuesday, 15th November 2022 that he is running for President again.
After being denied repeatedly since his re-election loss, Trump is seeking a second term in the White House.
“America’s comeback starts right now,” the former president told hundreds of supporters who were gathered at his palatial Mar-a-Lago residence in Florida.
“In order to make America great and glorious again, I am tonight announcing my candidacy for president of the United States”, Trump shared during his announcement.
The former U.S President furthermore expressed his disappointment in the current state of the country.
“Together we will be taking on the most corrupt forces… Our country is in a horrible state. Ware in grave trouble”, the former President shared.
Despite facing more federal and state criminal investigations, Trump seems optimistic about his candidacy.
“This is not a task for a politician or conventional candidate. This is a task for a great movement that embodies the courage, confidence, and spirit of the American people”, Trump expressed.
Since making this unusually early announcement, Donald Trump is the first Republican to throw his hat into the ring.
