ActionSA will be holding weekly prayers to rid the country of the ANC.
“If you put God first then the land will be healed,” this is the rationale that ActionSA has adopted amid mounting problems within the country.
Pastor Hannes Coetzee who is one of the ward councillors within the party says the purpose of the weekly prayer meetings is to pray for South Africa.
“If you look at the current situation, people have just come out of a 2-year lockdown. Some of them have lost their jobs, some have lost their homes, family members, so this is why the prayers started initially.
ActionSA preaches love, not division and the purpose of the prayers is to bring restoration. We praying for healing, we’re praying for growth.”
Pastor Coetzee from ActionSA on praying to rid the country of the ANC
This Monday, ActionSA prayed for the leaders of the country, specifically the ANC, all of whom should leave so the country can improve.
“The ANC politicians have made empty promises that are not in line with the Constitution. In the Bible, it says, ‘if my people will humble themselves and pray, the land will be healed. This teaches us that as long as you put God first, our King cannot be voted out.'”
The party says it is an all inclusive party and it’s not just Christian people that they are involving in the weekly prayers.
