The family of a 3-year old boy has accused the crèche he died at of negligence. This after a bookcase reportedly collapsed and fell onto the child on Tuesday, 07 March.
The father of Kganya Mokhele shared that the bookcase lined with toys was not properly secured and could have fallen on any child who reached up to grab a toy.
“He reached out to fetch something from the shelf. They displayed toys for the children to play with. Any child could have reached out to take that toy or whatever and it could have fallen on anyone.”
