International Relations Minister Naledi Pandor is calling on South Africans who may be in Mozambique to visit the SA High commission.
Pandor says it is important for citizens to be able get all the support they need.
The commission has managed to account for 43 South Africans affected by the recent attacks in the country.
Dozens of people are believed to have been killed in a siege in the city of Palma.
SA man killed in attacks
South African Adrian Nel was killed while trying to flee the Amarula Hotel with his father and brother.
Nel was shot as a convoy of cars tried to leave. They were ambushed by insurgents.
His father and brother hid in a bush with his body until it was safe to leave the area.
Pandor sent condolences to Nel’s family.
