South African actress and businesswoman Michelle Mosalakae recently joined The Hive with Bonolo BeeSting for an exclusive sit-down.
Mosalakae, who recently ventured into the soccer business, opened up about how her love for the beautiful game began and her decision to explore the business side of it.
“My gran was a huge soccer fan,” she shared. “Her favourite team was Kaizer Chiefs. Watching her is where my love for the game started. You could see her passion and dedication for the team.”
Speaking about her soccer team, Armour FC, Michelle noted that the name was inspired by their love for God. “We feel that the team is a ministry. We encourage the players to pray and have faith. The name comes from Ephesians 6 in the Bible.”
Additionally, she spoke about wearing many hats.
“While my mom supported my dream to act, she also encouraged me not to rely on just one thing. I’ve also studied law.”
Sharing a bit of advice with her followers, Mosalakae said that the most important trait is discipline.
