How do you know if your car was serviced?
You brought your car in for maintenance, but you’re not sure if they completed all that was promised on the invoice.
Motorists are always advised to speak with the manufacturer’s service department because they are knowledgeable about your specific vehicle and have all the necessary equipment.

Tumelo Maketekete broke down how every car works and why it’s important to keep it serviced.
“Cars don’t live like us, but they need clean air, then you have a part that mixes fuel and air. You need oil to lubricate the moving parts. That’s why you need an air filter and fuel filter.”
“When they design your engine, they design it so that it can operate at an optimal environment. So when you drive through dust and rain eventually the air filter gets dirty and at some point that air filter clogs up and your spark plugs goes bad leading to your fuel consumption going up. Your oil goes bad.” said Maketekete
Maketekete also shared that for best results, have your car serviced at a reputable center and preferably one that is RMI approved if it is outside of its service or maintenance plan.
He also added that smaller shops might be less expensive right now, but they might not have the knowledge to fix your car.
