This Thursday’s Blind Spot had Tbose and the listeners lost for words. Anonymous had a fling during the December holidays. Now, months after deleting his side’s numbers, she has informed him that she fell pregnant and the baby is his. However, she wants to pin the pregnancy on his boyfriend.
In addition to this, Anonymous and his girlfriend are also expecting a child.
“I found myself a December fling when I went home last December. We both agreed that it was just for the holiday season, as we’re both in committed relationships. I last saw her on January 2 of this year. We deleted each other’s numbers to avoid problems. Last night she called me to tell me that she was pregnant. However, she told me that I should not stress as she would blame the pregnancy on her boyfriend,” shared Anonymous.
“Because of my shock, I agreed. What’s worse is that my girlfriend is also pregnant. It’s one big mess. I thought we were safe because she had told me that she was on the pill. What if it comes back to bite me later?”
A listener advises Anonymous to take responsibility. “Do the right thing! Don’t listen to that woman; take ownership. Over and above the recklessness, he must take care of his child because if not, it’ll come back to bite him.”
Another listener believes taking a DNA test is the best way forward. “They must go for a DNA test. DNA will prove if he is the father or not, and then they will take it from there. For now, he must just be a supportive boyfriend to the side chick,” he said.
