This morning on 959 Breakfast with Dineo Ranaka and Sol Phenduka, Dineo revealed that while scrolling through social media last night, she “came across a video that revealed that some dental practitioners advise not to rinse your teeth immediately after brushing,” she shared.
“You must not spit out your toothpaste or eat anything, but wait for at least 20 minutes the fluoride has to sit there and create a protective barrier over your teeth.”
A medical practitioner joined 959 Breakfast to discuss this in detail.
This also inspired the topic, “What was your – I was today year’s old – moment?”
Zuthele shares that he recently found out that ‘ISO’on Facebook actually stands for ‘In Search Of.’ “I thought that it meant International Standards ntoni ntoni,” he said.
Petunia found out not so long ago the correct definition of Nympth.
“Nymph refers to animals that don’t change appearance from birth e.g a locust.”
