A luxury penthouse in Johannesburg has reportedly been sold for R75 million, making it the most expensive in the province. The apartment is located in Waterfall City, Midrand, north of Johannesburg.
Property broker Ash Muller says the 400-square-meter Penthouse includes a private rooftop garden, a jacuzzi, and a heated pool.
The first phase of Ellipse Waterfall, which began in 2019, was completed in 2021.
