R&B singer Chris Brown, currently on tour in Europe, has shed light on how he stays “grounded” despite the confines of his celebrity.
In a recent Instagram post, Brown shared photos of himself exploring cities under the cover of night, revealing this solitary activity helps him feel “human and normal.”
“Fun fact: I like to sneak out by myself when I’m in different cities. It helps me feel human and normal. That’s really important for my mental due to the fact that I just can’t walk around freely during the day. Keeps me grounded.”
“Being secluded from some parts of everyday life activities will drive you insane being isolated all the time. Cook, remain humble and grateful!” Brown wrote, emphasizing the importance of these nocturnal outings for his mental well-being, given his inability to walk freely during the day.
Brown’s European travels, however, have not been without incident.
Last month, he was arrested in Manchester, UK, and charged with grievous bodily harm with intent related to an alleged assault at a London nightclub in 2023.
Initially denied bail and remanded in custody until June 13, the decision was later reversed, and Brown was released after posting R120 million in bail, subject to strict conditions.
